I define a doula as someone who shows up to hold and support you through transitions. When you enter this world, you are held. As you exit, you are held. If every day we are inching closer to the veil of death, why can’t the journey be just as sacred?  I dream of non-clinical spaces where folks get to break, rebirth, dream, shapeshift, and remember through any/all stages of life. My services include 1x1 peer support, ancestral guidance, full spectrum birth doula care, end of life caregiving/support, body work, and spiritual care. 

Yes I do! I want this work to be as accessible as possible while honoring my financial needs under capitalism. Please reach out if you'd like to request a sliding scale rate or offer a barter/trade. 

Both! I primarily work virtually for folks looking for 1x1 and group sessions. I am currently able to provide in-home sessions for those living in Thurston & Pierce County. 

Absoutely! I tend to work with folks ages 4+.
